CEPOVETT electrifies its vehicle fleet
CEPOVETT is electrifying its vehicle fleet and including it in its 2030 Climate Plan. The company has begun gradually replacing its combustion engine vehicles with hybrid and 100% electric models. This shift is part of regulatory requirements imposing on companies to green their fleets: since the Mobility Orientation Law (LOM) and the “fleet greening” decree, companies with more than 100 vehicles must include a growing proportion of low-emission cars each time they renew their fleet. Today, CEPOVETT has around 50 vehicles, mainly hybrids and various electric models from different manufacturers, which are currently being tested by employees. The proportion of these vehicles will increase with future purchases. This transition will be supported by a program to help employees change their driving habits. Sales representatives in particular, who are the first users of these new models, will be trained in eco-friendly driving practices and will benefit from these more responsible engines. The company also has IRVE charging stations in its car parks and at its various sites, facilitating electric recharging and local mobility.
