The Regen polo shirt with no added dye
Closing the loop—transforming textile waste into new
clothing—is the ultimate challenge for a textile industry committed to
circularity. The Regen Polo by CEPOVETT embodies this revolution: it is
made from 100% recycled materials, including 52% recycled cotton
from post-industrial textile waste sorted by color and recycled in
Europe, and 48% recycled polyester. This innovative process makes it possible to
produce recycled yarn without adding dye, drastically reducing the
product's water consumption and carbon footprint.
The polo shirt is available in four original colors (white, navy blue, red,
black), and its short-circuit Euromed manufacturing required
exclusive R&D development with our industrial partner VTL.
This circularity and simplicity approach applies to every stage
of the value chain: from the collection and sorting of textile waste,
to shredding and spinning in Spain, then knitting in Tunisia.
VTL, a leading industrial partner, stands out for its exemplary environmental practices,
particularly in reducing its water footprint: the company uses advanced
electrolysis and reverse osmosis technologies to recycle 90% of its wastewater,
without the use of chemicals.
