The need to consolidate technical, extra-financial, supplier and financial data means the Company's action has shifted to continuous, realtime, cross-functional management embracing all the Company's activities (design, industrialization, purchasing, supply chain, finance, marketing, ISD, etc.). As part of this IT approach, CEPOVETT initiated a far-reaching programme to redesign its data architecture, in turn, optimizing its in-house processes, freeing up employees' time and increasing value for customers. The Company has stepped up the analysis of its design, manufacturing and traceability data right through to product distribution (order tracking, sourcing management, supply scheduling, environmental footprints, etc.), using Big Data and Artificial Intelligence tools. These interconnected digital tools, rolled out across the Company's various departments, are aimed at delivering real added value to customer relations, throughout the upstream and downstream journey.
