To improve stress management and physical and mental fatigue among the teams at its COMODITEX logistics platform, which handles packaging, storage, picking, quality control and parcel dispatch, CEPOVETT has launched a group relaxation therapy initiative.
Two test sessions were conducted by a professional sophrologist with a group of around ten employees. At the rate of one session per month, the participants benefited from this support which is based on a combination of relaxation techniques, breathing and positive visualisation of individual well-being. In addition to the benefits for each individual – a new-found harmony of body and mind, and collective positivity, in particular – this mind-body method also aims to improve team cohesion, through exercises that ask employees to share their personal experiences, in a climate of trust and kindness.
