FAQ
Questions about the HOP solution
Wondering if HOP is right for you? What types of textiles can you drop off? How do you arrange for pickup? We’ve compiled all the practical information about this solution from our Recyclovett program right here.
1What kinds of textiles can I put in HOP?
We accept all workwear:
• Used work clothes
• Textile production waste
• Promotional/obsolete textiles
• Textile PPE
Textiles must be completely dry
Textiles contaminated with hazardous or infectious substances are not accepted and remain subject to hazardous waste regulations.
2What is HOP's exact capacity?
HOP is the compact version of our Recyclovett solution. It has a capacity of approximately 100 liters, making it ideal for small businesses, SMEs, and spaces with moderate volumes. To maximize capacity, be sure to fold your clothes. For larger volumes, we also offer the BOX and ROLL solutions.
3Can I order multiple HOPs?
Yes, absolutely! You can order as many HOPs as you need, depending on your requirements and the layout of your spaces. The textile waste management contract can cover multiple containers.
4Can HOP be installed outdoors?
HOP is designed for use both indoors and outdoors. For larger spaces requiring greater durability, we recommend the ROLL solution, which is specifically designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
5How does delivery work?
Delivery will be made to the address you provided when you placed your order. HOP is delivered ready to use and includes:
• User Manual
• Recycling signs
• Access to your Webshop account for full tracking
6What happens when my HOP is full?
You can track every step of the process through the Webshop.
When your HOP is full:
• You can arrange for return shipping quickly and easily through your Webshop account
• Cepovett handles the pickup
• You receive a recycling certificate for each batch
