With some bee species endangered, CEPOVETT Group has decided to host apiaries close to their sites, to raise awareness among staff about the issue of biodiversity.
The initiative aims to highlight the relationship between nature and the urban environment and is the guiding principle of our company’s strong commitment. Representative of the condition of our environment, the bee is a focal point for engagement and awareness among our stakeholders.

CEPOVETT Group's “Bee-compatible” biodiversity programme
In 2016, 40 years after its antecedent “Protection of Nature Act”, legislation to regain biodiversity, nature and the countryside has finally been adopted by the French National Assembly. Providing a roof for bees has been a major biodiversity project for CEPOVETT Group since 2013. The “bee compatible” plan is to install apiaries at various company locations to raise awareness about the disappearance of the bee around the world.
