RAISE AWARENESS DIFFERENTLY
RAISING CONSUMER AWARENESS
COMMITMENT N°10 - STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS
At a time when one in two workers wears a uniform, work clothing represents an intimate link between an organisation and its employees.
It helps to rally and strengthen employees’ feeling of belonging to the company culture. Making the employee an active player consists first of all in listening to their needs, analysing the constraints of their workstations and involving them in all the concerns of a new collection. With this in mind, CEPOVETT offers exclusive solutions in collaboration with the users of its clothing.
Encouraging textile recycling incompany
Don't leave worn clothing hidden away in cupboards anymore but give them a new lease of life: this is the message that CEPOVETT delivers to its employees, inviting them to bring the items they no longer wear to the Company. This initiative aims at making Company employees proactive recyclers and aligning their actions with the Group's
reuse policy. To this end, the Company is carrying out an in-house outreach and information campaign on circular economy benefits and challenges. As employees are, first and foremost, citizens, the Company makes every effort, via powerful in-house communication, to advocate eco-friendly actions and individual awareness. Every item that is worn and then recycled in the workplace could become part of a widespread act of good citizenship tomorrow that includes all personal garments as well.
